Onine Guided Meditation
Take some time for yourself and enjoy creating a space in your day to refresh and nourish both body and mind with a mindfulness-based, guided meditation session.
This session is accessible to everyone, whether you are new to meditation, or you wish to deepen your practice.
Our Guided Meditation sessions are welcoming, friendly and non- judgemental. During times of high anxiety and fear, participants can finish the session having experienced a calm, and nourishment.
Our wonderful practitioners will first lead a short introduction to bring you into the space of calm from whatever has been happening in your day so far.
This will be followed by an optional chat- a time to share how you are feeling, ask any questions, or simply choose to stay silent. You will then be gently guided through a longer 15-20 minutes meditation.
You may choose to sit or to lie down and join us by listening to the meditation leader helping you to calm your breathing patterns and sink into the present moment.
For further information please email
Due to the current pandemic, all sessions will take place online via Zoom. Costs are on a donation/ pay what you can basis, starting from £1.
